Social Media Lawsuits

The use of Social Media is very common today.  According to Kevin Casey of Information Week "Social media postings could soon join email as a common part of the legal discovery process." Most people use to correspond with family and friends and they never know what they show and say on these sites could be used against them. We  have many different sites that can monitor and scrutinize the  information that goes over the different sites.
